What a company ! I contacted them with regards obtaining a replacement lid for my 60 litre tub which had been driven over, I was contacted by their most helpful customer relations manager, India Buttery who arranged a replacement complete with locking clips at a very reasonable cost, I recommend this company most highly to anyone looking to obtain spares or indeed buy new items, well done Strata for perfect customer support!

Fast Response and Quick Delivery

Excellent customer service from India, Customer Relationship Manager when I asked for help regarding a replacement lid for a Stackmaster box I had managed to break by falling backwards accidentally on to it! India arranged a replacement lid (and handles) to be shipped to me FOC. This is what wonderful British customer service should be at all times. The boxes are very sturdy (when used correctly!) and I would highly recommend them. Quality products fit for purpose IMHO.

I have two water-butts and needed a connector for the second one. An email brought the connectors by post a few days later. Thank you to India and Strata Products.

Needed a new lid for my water butt. Sent an email to strata asking if they supplied them separately. Received an email from India and was able to purchase one. Very good customer service and quick delivery. Would definitely recommend.

We already had one Ward 210ltr water butt, which we were very happy with. We decided to add another one using a water butt connector hose. We had a minor issue with the lid on the new one. Strata sorted this out for us without any problem at all. We are very pleased with the quality of these products and even more pleased with the excellent customer service we received. Well done to all concerned, but special thanks to the brilliant Customer Relations Manager.

I contacted the company direct as I needed a replacement lid for my water butt and just couldn’t find this online from any retailer. Vanessa from the customer service team was fantastic and I ordered right away. Delivery was exceptional and the whole process took about 4 days. Customer service at its best. A very helpful lady to answer your phone call and a service that used to be standard 25 years ago before Chat bots, ring button 1 for !!!!! Going round in loops and never getting an answer unless you can speak Outer Mongolian or Martian. Gobsmacked by the fast response and the super fast delivery. 2 days from call to receipt of items. 5 stars awarded plus a pay increase for efficiency. 👍👍

I have a Ward water butt and watering can both of which are good products and great value for money. Recently the lid to the water butt was broken (entirely my fault and nothing to do with the quality of the product). I could not find any spare parts when I searched online so I contacted Strata direct. Within 4 days of my contacting Customer Services a replacement lid had been delivered to my house for a very reasonable price. Fantastic customer service not often found these days!

I've had some compost bins for years now, and had managed to loose the front door flap on one. I googled to find a replacement on the usual Internet suppliers, but it was going to cost quite a bit. I then contacted Strata direct as they had manufactured the bins in the first place, and asked about buying a replacement. Within minutes of my email, I had a reply stating that if I leave my address they will send a replacement free of charge. After all of these years, that is superb customer relations. Thank you Strata!

Amazing customer service from Strata Products team while I was looking for a spare part not available in any store or web sites. They were quick to solve my issue and delivered the part within 2 days. We rarely see this kind of dedication, especially India,hence posting the review.

We use Strata stackable storage boxes to transport products and equipment to and from trade shows. We had a small issue with one of our boxes and I contacted customer support. India fixed our issue quickly and professionally. Thank again.

I just want to say how wonderful a company this is to deal with. They kindly assisted us when we needed a replacement part for our brilliant storage chests. We use our black storage boxes daily for our rabbit feed and hay, and would strongly recommend these items for anyone needing large storage areas.Thank you once again for all your help and assistance.

Absolutely brilliant superb customer service I am so impressed. I decided to buy a Rolling Kart to help me in the garden because I currently have mobility problems so useful to lean on. My local dealer had sold out except for one that had no wheel. I contacted Strata and threw myself on Julia's mercy, she sent me a wheel on next day delivery. I am so grateful because without it I would not be able to use it, and all my local supplier has now are Halloween products, all gardening has disappeared.

I contacted Strata about purchasing spare handles for the Strata Heavy Duty storage cases we use. I was expecting to have to pay for them however after discussions with Alex, I was provided with all that I had requested for free! This is a demonstration of excellent customer care and greatly appreciated; in return I have been recommending these heavy duty cases to others. My thanks and appreciation to both Alex and Klaudia for providing such great service, I will definitely be purchasing more of these storage cases in the future.

Needed a small plastic nut and washer for one of our Strata water butts. E-mailed them to see if they could supply one. Had a reply within an hour saying that one would be in the post. Arrived first class for no charge. Very impressed with the proffesional service.
